Project title: Mahoor Residential Complex with 560 Units in Gilavand

The project includes 8 blocks of 42 units and 4 blocks of 56 units.
The blocks of 42 units include one parking floor and seven residential floors, each residential floor containing 6 units in three types of 82, 86 and 91 square meters.
The blocks of 56 units include one parking floor and seven residential floors in two half-blocks of 4 units, a total of 8 units per floor and in two types of 80 and 82 square meters.
- The facade of the blocks is one layer of Walnut Travertine Stone and the rest is a combination of washed cement facade and refractory brick.
- The windows are standard UPVC with double-glazed glass.
- Interior doors and wardrobes are MDF and HDF, anti-theft entrance doors and staircase doors are all wooden.
- Cooling system is cooler and heating package and radiator (Iran radiator).
- The floors are 60*60 Porcelain and the walls are 30*60 grade 1 Iranian tiles.
- The pipes of the five-layer installation of Newpipe and polyethylene waste water are manufactured by Poly Gharb.
- The floors of the corridors and staircases and the walls of the staircases are 120 meters high made of walnut marble and travertine.
- Each block has two 6 people’s elevators with semi-automatic doors produced by Iranian factories and with standards.
- All units have a fire alarm system as well as fire extinguishing in the parking lot and common floors.
- The concrete tables are of the press type of Shenzar Company and the sidewalks are with concrete stomps.
