Project title: Pasdaran Street Office Building in Tehran

This building is located on Pasdaran Street in Tehran and in a great location for an office building. The project with a total building area of 9800 square meters and a land area of 2580 square meters has been implemented in the form of three connected blocks.

This tower consists of twelve floors of administrative units consisting of 26 units, one ground floor and two basement floors.

• The facade of the project is a combination of white and walnut travertine on the floors and granite on the ground floor.
• The window and glass front are made of Anodized Thermal Break aluminum with double-glazed glass.
• The floors of the units are made of high-quality Dehbid Marble
• Ceramic tiles and services with appropriate dimensions and first grade are products of Tabriz factory.
• The project has a Korean LG chiller cooling and heating system and other equipment from reputable European brands.
• The project has two elevators with Alberto Sassi motors and Italian equipment.
• The project has a fire alarm and extinguishing system with Iran’s standard approval.
