Aminollah Afrah
(Executive Director)
He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and the highest rank of engineering work permit in Iran, with more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry as an engineer in the field of Design, Supervision, Implementation, Planning and project control in various companies. He’s completed the course of Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the Faculty of Economics of University of Tehran as well.
The major projects in which he has involved (cooperative and private projects) are:
- Executive Vice President and Project Manager of Jafarieh Housing Cooperative Company from 2002 to 2014 and the implementation of the huge residential office commercial buildings in Parand city with the construction of more than one million square meters in floors one to eleven.
- Founder and Chairman of the Board of Aria Sazeh Parand Consulting Engineers. The activity of this company has been the design and supervision of forty-five projects with an area of about 200 thousand square meters, mainly in the new city of Parand.
- Founder and Executive Director of Atiye Sazan Jafarieh Company. Project manager of 162 residential units in the new city of Parand and implementation of stiffening and joinery of 800 residential units of Mehr in the new city of Hashtgerd during the years 2010 to 2014.
- Founder and Executive Director of Tarh Afarinesh Mahoor Company.
- Member of the Board of Zanco Construction Engineering Technology This company has the rank of program and budget organization.
- Designing and supervising the implementation of more than 50 residential and commercial projects in Tehran and its suburbs.
- The implementation of an office project on Pasdaran Street, Tehran, including 9800 square meters in the form of 26 units on 12 floors from 2011 to 2015.
- Construction of Mahoor Residential Garden Tower in Ajudaniye, including 8660 square meters in the form of 24 units on 18 floors from 2015 to 2019.
- Implementation of the project of 560 residential units in Gilavand, including 60,000 square meters in 8 floors – 2019 to 2023
